After returning home to Sand Hill, Mississippi a three-time Olympic medalist, Tori Bowie looked forward to her future, now that she has established her name on the global track and field circuit.

TB will grab some well-deserved rest through September before getting back to work. The 2020 Summer Olympic Games in Tokyo are still a long way off, but the World Championships loom in London next summer—and Tori is focused on adding to her legacy; one that includes being America’s most decorated track and field athlete of the 2016 Games.

“I have at least four more years in track and field,” she said on the Tom Joyner Morning Show. “Right now, the plan is to continue to compete until Tokyo. We have another world championships coming up next summer in London.”

Off the track, the adidas sprinter is also looking to make the most of her spectacular summer. After capturing one of each medal in Rio—gold in the 4×100, silver in the 200m and bronze in the 100m—Tori will be participating in Fashion Week, where rather than sprinting on the track, she’ll be walking on the runway.

“This is something that’s completely new,” she said of Fashion Week.

In addition to new experiences, Tori will be devoting some time to a long-held passion: inspiring youth and acting as a role model for children in her home in Mississippi and around the country.

“My manager and I are just trying to put together my brand. I personally would like to just do extremely well in the sport and be an inspiration to the youth,” Tori says. “It’s motivating. I just want to be a great role model.”
